“Two Festivals” Holiday Time and Working Time Adjustment Arrangement
1、Mid-Autumn Festival holiday: September 19th (Sunday) to 21th (Tuesday) holiday, a total of 3 days. Normal work on September 18th (Saturday) (make up work on Monday)
2、National Day holiday: from October 1st to 7th, it will be closed for a total of 7 days. Work normally on September 26th (Sunday) and October 9th (Saturday), and make up for the work on October 4th (Monday) and October 7th (Thursday) respectively.
Requirements for epidemic prevention and control and security during the “Two Festivals” period
1、In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and the national epidemic prevention and control department, all departments earnestly implement normalized epidemic prevention and control measures, strictly implement the “daily report” and “zero report” system, report relevant information in a timely and accurate manner, and accurately grasp the health status and whereabouts of employees, and remind Employees take personal protection.
2、All departments shall conduct a comprehensive security inspection of the unit before the holiday, and do a good job in fire prevention, anti-theft and other security work. All departments must strictly implement the holiday duty system, do well in holiday duty and patrol, keep communication tools unblocked, and ensure the normal operation of various tasks. In the event of major emergencies, they must be reported in a timely manner and handled properly in accordance with regulations to ensure production safety and stability.
3、The personnel department and the administration department should strengthen the safety education of employees, improve their safety awareness, and keep abreast of the situation of employees going out, especially the situation of leaving the city and returning in time after the holiday.
4、During the “two festivals” period, all employees should not leave the province in principle, and they should report to the leaders in strict accordance with the approval procedures, and the epidemic prevention and control team will conduct unified approval.Follow the staff management system and the needs of epidemic prevention and control.
5、Employees should arrange their work and life in advance, pay attention to safety during holidays, and pay attention to personal epidemic prevention; if symptoms such as fever, fatigue, and dry cough occur, seek medical attention in time and report them in time.
